Self-Pumped Motorcycle Oxygen Sensor

Autonomic fulfilling extension purpose

Self-Pumped type meaning oxygen sensor itself generate pumping voltage to withdraw oxygen from exhaust gas to sensor's body as oxygen content referencing. By comparing between sensor inflow reference and exhaust gas' O2 content, oxygen partial pressure occurs, and Nernst Voltage generate. Then, ECU (Electronic Control Unit) reference the voltage data to determine the status for emission optimization.

 

Ceradex's self-pumped technology enables our sensor to be fully sealed without water, pollutant, and oil intrusion concern. Meanwhile, achieve systematic oxygen pumping for higher detection accuracy without requiring of pumping circuit.
