Product Name : Ring Pressure Sensor
Product Description

Ring Pressure Sensor

Mechanical integration no problem

Ring pressure sensor can be considered as a shunt force-sensitive resistor (FSR), it is constructed with two layers of PET film. The first layer is printed with conductive silver in claws shape and the second layer is printed with resistive carbon. Combining the layer with adhesive spacer separated the layers as spacing within the sensor and stay open circuit. With each silver claw have one output terminal contacts carbon layer when pressure applied, pressure sensor starts close circuit and generates resistance value. The greater pressure occurs the lower resistance outputs.

Ceradex offers a general 5mm diameter ring sensor for customers to prototype and provides tailored solutions by projects’ requests.
