Thick Film Ceramic Heater

High Temperature for industrial integration

Thick film ceramic heater is constructed with multilayers of the ceramic substrate. It is first stack with Alumina as an insulation layer covering the heating element and integrates Platinum heating trace on top of it. Lastly, sealed with encapsulant as protection layer covering the heating element. By connecting the power supply, the heater starts heating up and up to a maximum temperature of 900°C depends on the voltage setting.
