Liquid level sensor is also known as water level sensor, is constructed with two layers of PET film. The top is printed with resistive carbon in claws shape. The bottom layer is printed with conductive carbon. By combining the layers with an adhesive spacer, the sensor stayed open circuit. The sensing cell close circuited and outputs resistance value when liquid is contacted to the corresponding level of the sensor. The higher level is immersed the lower the resistance outputs.
