Product Name : Shunt Pressure Mapping Sensor
Product Description

Shunt Mode Pressure Mapping Sensor (Matrix Arrays)

Multi-touch interface integration

Shunt mode pressure mapping sensor is constructed with three layers of PET film. The top layer function as a protection layer covering the sensing element. The middle layer is printed with conductive silver in a matrix shape. Lastly, the bottom layer is printed with FSR carbon paste. By combining these layers with an adhesive spacer, the sensor stayed open circuit. The sensing cell close circuited and output resistance value when pressure is applied to the corresponding position of the sensor. The greater pressure is applied, the lower the resistance outputs.

CERADEX offers a 256 sensing cell pressure mapping sensors for customers to prototyping and provides customized solutions for projects' requests.
