Mid Temperature 60°C Membrane Printed Heater

Heating requirement for project Integration

60°C Membrane printed heater is constructed on a single layer of PET film. It is first printed with conductive silver trace to create an electrical pathway, and stacked with PTC carbon paste on top of it. Lastly, sealed with encapsulant as protection layer covering the heating element. By connecting the power supply, the heater starts heating up and reached the temperature of 60°C. The resistance elevates rapidly and the electric current decreases to keep constant temperature.
